Terms of Use
Last updated: June 13, 2026
1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Envergure platform (hereinafter "Envergure" or the "Platform") and the services offered through it. By using the Platform, the user (the "User") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Envergure is a modular SaaS platform offering a range of online services to its professional clients (for example: lead management, customer relationship, valuation tools, business data sources). Some services are publicly accessible through one of our clients' interfaces; others are reserved for authenticated users. The list and features of the services may evolve over time.
3. Access and registration
Access to public-facing services (for example, a publicly available valuation tool) is free and does not require an account. Access to professional areas requires an account issued by Envergure or by the professional client operating the Platform. The User undertakes to keep credentials confidential.
4. User obligations
The User undertakes to provide accurate information, to use the Platform in accordance with its intended purpose and not to interfere with its integrity (intrusion attempts, abusive automation, circumvention of security mechanisms). Any fraudulent use may result in immediate suspension of access and legal action.
5. Intellectual property
All content of the Platform (texts, interfaces, logos, code, models, algorithms) is protected by copyright and remains the exclusive property of Envergure or its partners. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected through the Platform is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
7. Limitation of liability
Envergure makes its best efforts to ensure availability, security and reliability of the Platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by Swiss law, Envergure shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, or decisions made by the User on the basis of results produced by the services. Where a service produces an indicative result (for example, a real estate valuation), it is provided for information purposes only and does not replace professional advice.
8. Modification of the Terms
Envergure reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one published on the Platform at the time of use. Users are responsible for reviewing them regularly.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of their interpretation or performance shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
