1. Data controller

Envergure is the controller of the personal data collected through the Platform, within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) of 25 September 2020. For any question regarding your data, you may contact us at: hello@envergure.ai.

2. Data collected

The data collected depend on the service used. They may include, depending on the case: first and last name, email address, phone number, business data entered into the services (for example, when using a real estate valuation tool: the address and characteristics of a property), as well as technical data necessary to operate the Platform (IP address, user agent, connection logs).

3. Purposes of processing

Your data are processed in order to: (i) provide the service you requested and deliver its result, (ii) where applicable, allow Envergure's professional client operating the interface you used to follow up on your request, (iii) ensure the security, maintenance and improvement of the Platform, (iv) comply with our legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on the performance of the service you requested, on your consent (collected in particular when verifying your phone number) and on the legitimate interest of Envergure and its partners in operating and improving the Platform.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data are never sold. They are accessible, where applicable, to Envergure's professional client to whom you addressed your request, as well as to Envergure's technical processors (in particular the hosting provider and the SMS sending provider Twilio Inc.). These processors are bound by contractual commitments compliant with the FADP.

6. Transfers outside Switzerland

Some processors (notably Twilio for verification SMS) may process your data in the United States or the European Union. These transfers rely on standard contractual clauses recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.

7. Retention period

Data related to a request are retained for as long as necessary for the stated purpose, then archived or deleted in accordance with our legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the FADP, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your personal data. You may exercise these rights by writing to hello@envergure.ai. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

9. Cookies

The Platform only uses technical cookies strictly necessary for its operation (session, security, language preference). No third-party advertising or profiling cookies are set through publicly accessible services.

10. Changes to this policy

Envergure may update this policy to reflect legal or technical changes. The version in force is the one published on the Platform.
